How long does it take to set up new accounts?
Usually new accounts are set up within a few business hours from receiving payment.Once your account is activated, you will be sent an email with your account login information. Please be aware that because it contains a number of links (i.e. to your control panel, etc), mail software sometimes sends it to the Junk Mail or Spam folder, so be sure to check there if it seems to be missing.
If you have not received your welcome email within 24 hours of signing up, please contact the Billing Department so we can check on your order and resend it if necessary.
