When I go to my site I get a "Forbidden" page.

A 403 Forbidden means that you don't have any index.html or index.htm or index.php or index.shtml file in the public_html directory. It is trying to find that page but it can't, so it displays the "Forbidden" page instead. You need to name your homepage "index" or it will not show up as the homepage.
