QuestionHow long does it take to set up new accounts?
Generally, new accounts are set up in a few business hours from receiving payment. Once your account is activated, you will be sent an email with your account login information. If you do not receive this within 24 hours of signing up (unless you paid by check), please contact us.

QuestionWhere do I purchase a domain name?
You will need to register a domain name with a domain name registrar in order to use our hosting. If you haven't purchased one already, we suggest finding a reliable registrar through seeking recommendations from colleagues. Expect to pay around $10 per year for your domain name.
