We've Upgraded!
We have moved our Helpdesk and User Dashboard to a new, state-of-the-art system. This upgrade provides industry-leading encryption for your account and ensures greater reliability. It was a needed upgrade.
To ensure your account is secure, your email and password were migrated over. However, not all passwords
may work with the newer encryption.
If you can't login, you must reset your password to get in.
Mail Server Configuration
If you are using svr3.acornhost.com or a variation of that domain in your email settings, please change that to mail.yourdomain.com where "yourdomain.com" is your own domain name / website. This is to increase reliability for all email services.
If you need any help changing these settings, please contact us, we'll be happy to guide you through it.
cPanel Login
To login directly to your control panel, you can use https://your-domain.com/cpanel where "your-domain.com" is your own domain name / website. Your existing login information remains the same for control panel access.
This is the most important step.
